02 — Food safety

Quality, in practice

  • Strict control intervenes at every stage of conservation and packaging — every batch can be qualified by geographic origin, variety, soil and operations.
  • Olive-oil extraction is entirely mechanical, without solvents, at temperatures that do not degrade the oil.
  • Extra-virgin oil rests in stainless-steel tanks terroir by terroir; owning our groves enables full traceability “from the young plant”.
